In this 3 day retreat, you will learn the following:
• The basic science of the body and its relation to food
• How to do intermittent fasting in line with your needs
• How to prepare an easy variety of low carb healthy ketogenic meals with plant-based options
• Stress reducing processes, greater self-connection and healing from within
Participants will be taken through insightful breathworks, stress management strategies, lectures on holistic health, and preparation of a broad range of ketogenic meals. Meals include plant-based meat loaves, coconut yoghurt, keto tortillas, cheese, one-pot meals, desserts and snacks.
Dr Julia Lim is a Transpersonal Psychologist, Living Foods, Yoga and Meditation teacher. She is dedicated to living a conscious and vibrant life and sharing its benefits with others. She believes that true health is a journey from inside out; is discovering how we connect and align with the most wholesome of being.
