WELLNESS MANAGEMENT KITCHEN IN EVERY HOUSEHOLD

Healthy Living starts from your Kitchen! To have a healthy living, we have to start from managing our diets, and ensuring we equip our kitchens with healthier options.

 

Veggies & fruits
Organic/Chemical-free vegetables and fruits.

Rice
Organic brown rice, millets, quinoa, whole grains, multigrain.

Oil
Cold-pressed Coconut or Flaxseed oil.

Salt
Organic sea salt, bamboo salt, 5 elements salt.

Sauce
Organic fermented sauces.

Vinegar
Naturally fermented vinegar/organic apple cider vinegar.

Water
Natural filtered positive energy water or boil water with bamboo charcoal.

Eating Habits
Eat mainly whole-food plant-based food. Consume less or avoid processed food.

Ingredients & Usage
Use seasonal and local fruits & veggies. In cooking, use good quality, durable and safe steel pot, casserole, cooking appliances. Avoid heating or cooking food in aluminium pots/pans and microwave ovens.

Food Hygiene & Quality
Food should not be frozen or refrigerated for too long. Develop a good habit of regularly cleaning and clearing your fridge. Frozen food should not be thawed inside cold water for more than 30 min as beyond that, bacteria will multiply.

Food Consumption Guidelines
No MSG, white sugar, artificial seasoning. Use whole-food, natural multigrain ingredients, fresh veggies & fruits and enzymes.
