It all began in 2007, with an eco-friendly community kitchen. Now, it has evolved to become a social enterprise with a membership-based cafe and retail business. Managed by Eco Harmony Global Network Ltd which was set up by the founder and key volunteers of Kampung Senang in 2007 as a registered social enterprise. Eco Harmony aims to support Kampung Senang’s charity and education projects. Eco Harmony complements Kampung Senang’s efforts at disease prevention. Eco Harmony’s Holistic Support programmes adopt a preventative approach to dis-ease and incorporate a full complement of wholesome living practices. Eco Harmony has been the driving force behind the local plant-based movement, in particularly Veggie Thursday. Veggie Thursday was subsequently renamed Green & Healthy Monday, and was re-launched by MP Ms Ting Pei Ling, in alignment with Kampung Senang‘s Green & Healthy Movement.
