Acknowledgment and Consent 

I consent to allow Kampung Senang Charity and Education Foundation (Kampung Senang) to collect, use, disclose and/or process my personal data in order to process, administer, facilitate, maintain and/or manage my relationship with Kampung Senang as a member including communications on Kampung Senang 's activities, programmes and services; donation appeals and making disclosures required by law or by competent authority.
